(Tax included) Please use the registration form to book your accommodation. If you already have registerred, please send us an e-mail and do not register twice. We have reserved rooms from 25 - 29 June 2012. Please send us an e-mail if you want to extend your stay. Please note that we can't guarantee available hotel-rooms after 30 April.
Cancellation rules: Notification of cancellation of registration must be sent in writing to Gyro Conference AS, ibscstavanger@gyro.no or to fax number +47 6128 7330 and will be subject to the following conditions: Cancellation received before 25 April 2012: the payment will be refunded after the Conference, less NOK 1000 of the amount paid. Cancellation received after 25 April 2012: no refund will be provided.
