Please read these instructions carefully before preparing your abstract.
Deadline for submission: May 3rd 2017
Abstracts on these and other topics are invited. There will be plenty of time in the programme for oral communications from the submitted abstracts, and for poster viewing.
Abstracts must be submitted and presented in English.
The abstract must be no longer than 300 words.
The title must be informative and include no more than 100 characters without spaces.
The organizers reserve the right to accept or refuse any abstract, to designate papers as either oral or poster presentations and to choose a suitable session for the abstract.
The submitting and presenting authors must register as a conference participant and pay the registration fee. Abstracts without paid registration fee will not be accepted for the conference or published in the abstract book.
Abstracts which have not been prepared according to these instructions will be rejected.
Include all authors’ names and affiliations, city and country, as well as e-mail address for presenting/contact author.
Please structure you abstract as follow:
An abstract should include actual results obtained from original, non-published research. All financial support from commercial parties must be disclosed in a final statement of the abstracts.
If you are submitting more than one abstract you can use the same email address and password for each abstract.
What happens after I submit my abstract?
You will receive an email to confirm that you abstract has been received. After the abstract deadline (May 3rd 2017) all abstracts will be reviewed blind by a panel of experts. Mean scores will be calculated for each abstract and based on this they will be allocated to oral or poster sessions, or they may be rejected.
You will be informed about the acceptance or otherwise of your abstract, and the form of presentation, by the end of June 2017.
Modifying an abstract
You can work on your abstract drafts until Wednesday, May 3rd 2017 by login to your abstract using your code.
Withdrawing an abstract
Submitted abstracts can be withdrawn online until Wednesday, May 3rd 2017 by sending an email to email@example.com
